We're delighted to present a little interview with our President, Sylvia Vitale Rotta, CEO and Founder of TEAM CRÉATIF GROUP, France. Sylvia is a visionary leader in the design world, known for her philosophy of "designing beautiful tomorrows".

1. Highlight of being a member of EPDA? Describe a key experience or moment of truth you experienced as a member of the EPDA community.

All designers — agency owners who also have to fight every day to keep their agency business alive and, if possible, with a future of growth. All the while keeping staff and clients happy. As well as having a rich personal life. Not easy to make all 3 challenges work, especially in the long term.

I love living and witnessing the coming together of so much creative and strategic talent in one association.

2. Design Inspiration? Who is your biggest reference or inspiration in design?

Nature itself. One of the most inspiring sources of all my designer life.

3. Favorite Creative Tool or Design Gadget? What is your „can’t live without it – thing” when it comes to design? Be it software, technical device, design trash ..

People Nature and Travel. With my iPhone… to take endless amounts of photos !!!

4. Fun Fact? Share a fun fact about yourself that most people don't know.

How silly I feel yet full of purpose looking for my golf ball that honestly goes everywhere but where I wanted it to go !!! Likewise when on my horse !!!

5. Hobby or Interest? What is one of your favorite hobbies or interests outside of design?

My beautiful garden!!! And my two daughters.

6. What is your favourite colour combination and why?

I love all the colours of nature. I find the colour spectrum that nature gives to our lives awesome.
