1. Highlight of being a member of EPDA?
"Describe a key experience or moment of truth you experienced as a member of the EPDA community"
For me, the highlight of being part of EPDA is the chance to connect with creative minds from all over the world. It’s inspiring to exchange ideas, share experiences, and learn from so many different perspectives — always with that international vibe.
2. Design Inspiration?
"Who is your biggest reference or inspiration in design?"
As a Finnish-German cocktail I am inspired by Scandinavian design, but as a kid of the '80s, bold and loud is also in my DNA and inspires me. I find inspiration in people, my love for fashion (total addiction) and foreign supermarkets – absolute goldmines for packaging ideas.
In terms of creatives: I like Jessica Walsh, Snask, and Kokoro & Moi with their bold, creative approaches, always challenging the norm.
3. Favorite Creative Tool or Design Gadget?
"What is your “can’t live without it – thing” when it comes to design? Be it software, technical device, design trash .."
High-five to my iPad – It’s my sketch book, my canvas and my external brain, where all my ideas, concepts and designs come together. It’s always in action and this is where every creative process starts.
4. Fun Fact?
"Share a fun fact about yourself that most people don't know."
I have this weird habit of matching my coffee mug to my outfit every morning – it’s just one of those little things that make the day feel right. Give it a try ;)
5. Hobby or Interest?
"What are some of your favorite hobbies or interests outside of design?”
When I’m not designing, you’ll find me playing video games, creating new things for my Etsy shop, diving into fashion or experimenting with lomography. I’m always up to something creative, whether it’s design-related or just for fun.
6. What is your favourite colour combination and why?
My favourite combo is lilac and neon-mint. The freshness and electric energy of neon-mint gives everything a vibrant edge, while lilac adds a dreamy, soft vibe. These are also my corporate colors - totally Mii, love it!
