The packaging opens from the top and facade, allowing effortless product retrieval. Inside, components are arranged in a structured, elegant display that reinforces the brand’s premium feel. OPTIMISATION AND SUSTAINABILITY:
Recyclable corrugated cardboard structures replace excess plastic, reducing environmental impact without compromising protection. The design ships flat, minimizing emissions and transportation costs. Strategic air gaps and minimal foam inserts safeguard fragile parts while keeping waste to a minimum.

Millo Appliances is a foodtech company that develops innovative kitchen gadgets. Original packaging for the blender was complex and difficult to recycle. Working closely with designers, we helped translate sustainability goals into practical packaging solutions without compromising aesthetics.
SOLUTION:
We replaced unsustainable materials with fully recyclable, paper-based alternatives while maintaining durability and a premium feel. The outer surface remains resistant to wear, while the interior provides secure product protection. Where extra protection was required, we used easily removable and recyclable elements that do not interfere with proper disposal.
UNBOXING EXPERIENCE:
The packaging opens seamlessly, revealing a carefully arranged interior where each packaging component is secure yet easily accessible. The black corrugated cardboard inner structure ensures a luxurious reveal while keeping the product protected and stationary. A recycling guide educates consumers on how to properly dispose of each component, reinforcing Millo’s commitment to sustainability.

By eliminating unnecessary materials and simplifying production, we achieved cost savings while maintaining premium quality. The packaging consists of 75% recycled materials, avoids plastic lamination, and ensures easy sorting and recycling. STRUCTURAL DESIGN:
The innovative packaging unfolds like a blooming flower, offering both aesthetic appeal and practicality. A top compartment neatly holds napkins, dressings, or a bun, while the entire box opens for easy access. Designed for efficiency, it streamlines takeaway operations while creating a standout dining experience—perfect for office lunches, events, and outdoor dining. The structural integrity ensures a clean, organized presentation, avoiding the chaos of traditional multi-layered packaging.
SUSTAINABILITY & TRANSPARENCY:
Fresh Post replaced multi-material packaging with a fully recyclable and compostable solution, reducing waste and optimizing recyclability. A QR code on each box provides a cradle-to-cradle journey—educating customers on material origins, disposal, and environmental impact.
